Do we offer exchanges or returns?
We make products to order and are not a shop. The products we make cannot be sold to anyone but the customer, as they carry the customer's own design, so returns and exchanges are not possible.
Article 13(5)(3) of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”: unless the contract provides otherwise, the consumer may not terminate a contract concluded at a distance if the contract concerns the manufacture or processing of goods to the consumer's order, that is, if the goods cannot be sold to other persons or can be sold only at a substantial financial loss to the seller (contractor).
